between the altar and the door

Careless, I am reckless
I'm a wrong-way-travelin'-slowly-unraveling shell of a man
Burnt out, I'm so numb now
That the fire's just an ember way down in the corner of my cold, cold heart

Lord, this time I'll make it right, here at the altar I lay my life
Your kingdom come but my will was done, my heart is broken as I...

Cry, like so many times before
But my eyes are dry before I leave the floor, oh Lord
I try but this time, Jesus, how can I be sure I will not lose my follow through
Between the altar and the door

Here at the altar, oh my world so black and white
How could I ever falter
What You've shown me to be right

I'm trying so hard to stop trying so hard
Just let You be who You are
Lord, who You are in me
Jesus, I'm trying so hard to stop trying so hard
Just let You be who You are
Lord, who You are in me

Don't want to serve God anymore

Hmm.. After the trip from Malaysia and all, It has been another roller coster ride. Which is usually the case when we receive something powerful, a promise from God and straight after that trials come. Attacks from the Devil.

Came back feeling on-a-high, after a Rhema Word from God. But the next evening, totally chui.
Insensitive words from others, feelings of being unappreciated of the sacrifices and things I have done, I begin to throw a kid's tantrum to God.

"God, didn't You say this and that just yesterday? Why is this happening today? I DON'T want to serve You anymore."

But one thing about God, He is irritating at times. You will never outspeak Him. He just floods images of times that i was down and He was there. Moments when we did it together. And He just asks, "Really?" Man.. What to say?

Then after that listening to Hati Hamba (Indonesian Version) Totally overwhelmed.. He wins again..

Bervatov!

Yea! We got him! Finally!!! Dimitar Berbatov!

From Manutd.com email updates for fans
BERBA: THIS IS MY DREAM

If you followed every twist and turn into the early hours on a dramatic transfer deadline day, you'll have bitten your fingers nails and benefited from very little sleep. But Sir Alex finally got his man, and new signing Dimitar Berbatov says his United move is "a dream come true".

The classy 27-year-old striker has signed a four-year contract at Old Trafford for an undisclosed fee, and he's immediately set his sights on success with the Reds.

Berbatov told ManUtd.com late on Monday night: "Joining Manchester United is a dream come true for me.

"I look forward to playing my part in helping this club win more honours in the years to come."

Sir Alex Ferguson feels United have captured a player of world-class quality. He told us: "This is a key signing. Dimitar is one of the best and most exciting strikers in world football.

"His style and ability will give the team a different dimension and I’m sure he will be a popular player with the fans."

As part of the deal, United striker Fraizer Campbell will spend the rest of the 2008/09 season on loan at White Hart Lane.

Wanna know how he plays?

My Life

Uncertainty, Panic Attacks, Insecurities, Anxieties.
So many of these things are happening in my life now. Especially this season.
But God, I wanna hold on to the call, I want to hold on to You.
Fear Cripples.

Saw a vision during the morning prayer meetings,
I was in tattered and torn clothes, kneeling and bowing my head in prayer.
Then I saw Jesus, and a wonderful display of lights surrounding Him.
He came to me, and kissed me on the forehead. I wept...

GOD OF MY FOREVER
AND FOREVER I'M WITH YOU
MY LIFE IS SAVED WITH A PRICE
YOUR SACRIFICE REDEEMED MY SOUL
GOD OF MY FOREVER
AND FOREVER I WILL SING
MY GREATEST HONOR WILL ALWAYS BE
TO SERVE MY LORD AND KING

God, I am standing here by Your Grace.

taylor

What to tell your wife after buying a Taylor guitar...

1.
I'll be home more often.
2.
I want to sing to you with only the best guitar.
3.
There are too many mediocre things to deal with in life and guitars shouldn’t be one of them.
4.
I have done full research and Taylors are the most durable guitars made.
5.
Among all guitars, Taylors have the best re-sale value.
6.
Since you have always been such a supportive wife, there is really no need to give you any reasons.
7.
I have good taste, why do you think you are my wife?
8.
Taylor’s lifetime warranty reminds me of my everlasting commitment to you.
9.
This guitar reminds me of how perfect you are.
10.
Anything less than extra-ordinary is a waste of my time, It’s the same reason why I chose you to be my wife.

what if God had voice mail

What if God Had Voice Mail?

PhoneWe have all learned to live with voice mail as a necessary part of modern life. But have you wondered, "What if God decided to install voice mail?"

Imagine praying and hearing this: "Thank you for calling My Father's House. Please select one of the following options:

  • Press 1 for requests
  • Press 2 for thanksgiving
  • Press 3 for complaints
  • Press 4 for all other inquiries

What if God used the familiar excuse, "I'm sorry, all of our angels are busy helping other sinners right now. However, your prayer is important to us and will be answered in the order it was received, so please stay on the line."

Can you imagine getting these kinds of responses as you call God in prayer:

"If you would like to speak to ...

  • Gabriel, Press 1
  • For Michael, Press 2
  • For a directory of other angels, Press 3
  • If you would like to hear King David sing a Psalm while you are holding please press 4.
  • To find out if a loved one has been assigned to Heaven, Press 5, enter his or her Tax File number, then press the pound key. (If you get a negative response, try area code 666)

"For reservations at My Father's House please enter J-O-H-N followed by 3-1-6"

"For answers to nagging questions about dinosaurs, the age of the earth and where Noah's ark is, please wait until you arrive here."

"Our computers show that you have already prayed once today. Please hang up and try again tomorrow."

"This office is closed for the weekend to observe a religious holiday. Please pray again Monday after 9:30 AM. If you need emergency assistance when this office is closed, contact your local pastor."

Thank God He doesn't have voice mail and he listens when we pray!

Wild mare

Suddenly found myself fascinated with these creatures. I mean from young I already love horses. But it was after svc today that I find myself loving them again. Haha! They are absolutely beautiful. Especially Wild Horses, wild mares. Look at their hair! Long and shuai lo. Not like those trimmed! I saw visions of wild mares while singing the praise song, Today, by CCC.

Beautiful creatures! I found the chords. Click on me

On the Anvil

I got a new book; "On the Anvil" by Max Lucado Max Lucado likens the God's kingdom and ministry on earth as a huge workshop. And we are all God's tools.
For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
-Eph 2:10

The Blacksmith's shop In the shop of a blacksmith, there are three types of tools. There are tools on the junk pile: Outdated, broken, dull, rusty. They sit in the cobwebbed corner, useless to their master, oblivious to their calling. There are tools on the anvil: melted down, molten hot, changeable. They lie on the anvil, being shaped by their master, accepting their calling. There are tools of usefulness: sharpened, primed, defined, mobile. They lie ready in the blacksmith's tool chest, available to their master, fulfilling their calling. Some people lie useless: lives broken, talents wasted, fire quenched, dreams dashed. They are tossed in with the scrap iron, in desperate need of repair, with no notion of purpose. Others lie on the anvil: hearts open, hungry to change, wounds healing, vision clearing. They welcome the painful pounding of the blacksmith's hammer, longing to be rebuilt, begging to be called. Others lie in their Master's hands: well tuned, uncompromising, polished, productive. They respond to their Master's forearm, demanding nothing, surrendering all. Where are we now?

The song is based on this verse. The basic verse for revival. Heal our land.
"If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land."

Chui

Hallelujah!
I am pretty "Chui" during this two weeks.

(Aka: broken, weak or injured. Sentence example, "Wah! My boss scold me liao, chui man!" or "The lo-lli bang the man his bone all chui".)

Goodness! What's got into me?

Last week at work.

1) Foot crushed by super heavy aluminium trolley (its already very heavy when empty) filled with many many many files. On the left on the left

2) Head knocked onto the corner of a metal cabinet door.
3) Broke a key at work. Hahaha!!! It really snapped!
4) Caught the flu virus from my supervisor.

This week.
5) Sunday: Sprained my index finger.
6) Monday: Still very painful, realised couldn't turn my key even.
7) Tuesday: Vomiting and migrain headaches.
8) Wednesday: Still having the symptoms of stomach flu.
9) Thursday: Recovered from all, so go play soccer. (wrong move) Sprained my left ankle, left big toe, right big toe. Cut on my right ankle and knee.

What is this man?
